The general settings for setting up a desktop e-mail client that Weblinx hosts are as follows:
Incoming POP3 & Outgoing SMTP Server: mail.domainname.com where domainname.com is your domain name.
Username: Your full e-mail address
Password: Your password for the e-mail address
Incoming Port: Leave at the standard port of 110
Outgoing Port: Leave at the standard port of 25 unless you are having troubles sending. Then try 26 or 45 as alternative options.
Other Settings: Does not have Secure Password Authentication (SPA) or encryption.
Note: If you are utilizing an always-on Internet connection from AT&T or Comcast and are having difficulties sending e-mails, you will need to contact them for how to send messages through their mail server instead of ours.

To access the web-based e-mail software, you would go to http://webmail.domainname.com where domainname.com is your domain name.
Username: Your full e-mail address
Password: Your password for the e-mail address
